Reimagining a specialist UK bank’s digital presence and services to support complex lending and savings needs for entrepreneurs and HNWIs.

Senior UX Designer — designed and improved the employee service portal on ServiceNow, focusing on simplifying complex workflows, improving clarity, and reducing cognitive load across key employee journeys.
